i have dermatitis so i often find myself itching during the night without knowing. But i happened to look and saw it looked like this? I have no abnormal discharge, i was wondering if anyone could help to ease my mind until i see gp which is hard during covid?

I’d say that you got these patches from scratching too much. I had them once too, when I had a yeast infection. I’d use an antiseptic feminine wash lotion to wash the areas. One that’s also against yeast infection
