Today (~24 hours) I woke up with some itching on my penis (mainly near the urethra and below my glans).
Pulled the foreskin and saw those little red bumps you can see on the images.
No pain, no swelling, no other symptoms (neither now or the past weeks).
Just a bit itchy and kind of a rash around.
BACKSTORY*: I’ve been hanging out with this girl (we didn’t have the exclusivity talk) for the past 2 months. We have unprotected oral sex (mutual) and penetrative sex (always with condom). Sometimes we rub our genitals together without protection.
She tested for STDs 3 months ago and came back negative (I don’t know if they tested for herpes).
2 weeks ago I was very drunk and hooked up with another girl (not very consensual on my part) and we preformed mutual oral sex. No penetration or rubbing as I wasn’t feeling very comfortable.
She had no signs of lesions on her mouth and vagina; although, her vagina was a bit smelly and kinda had a bad taste.
I have no information on her STD testing.
IMPORTANT: the girl I’ve been with the longest has been complaining for the past 2 days of dryness, itching and white, thick discharge in her vagina; which I assume it’s likely a yeast infection.
We had sex at around the same time her symptoms started to show up.
Immediately went to the doctor that said it could be herpes but not very likely as the bumps normally show up closer to each other and not so separately like in my case.
She prescribed me clotrimazole (anti-fungal) as she doesn’t highly suspect of herpes and the girl also likely has a yeast infection.
She didn’t perform any swabbing or ordered blood tests; just told me to come back if blisters or ulcerations start to show up.
Many of you have seen thousands of herpetic lesions, so I’m asking for your opinion so I can have some peace of mind - whether it’s good or bad news.
Thanks for your attention.
