Is this herpes or skin rash?

i had protected sex and i noticed the area hurting and red. could it be skin rash or onset herpes. it doesnt itch

and its not herpes could i have contracted a skin touch STd? im going to planned parent hood to check but wanted to know , the area just looks red and hurts a bit. no itching or stinging. woke up like this the next dayw.

looks like irritation either from were your undergarments have been or from shaving and the hair is regrowing

if you had sex just before that rash appeared most likely its chaffing
