I am not sure what is this. Is this herpes symptom? The red dots are more obvious when erection. Please help!

Hey Kevin, this could be a STI like yeast infection or something called balanitis which is caused by Both inadequate cleansing and too much cleansing can add to this problem.

To be honest my bf had similar dots like you down there. Is was yeast. but again herpes can be in different forms. Go to the doctor - the safest choice

Looks more like Balanitis, and Also looks like Lichen planus, which actually really common for males, and many many don’t know about it, Also, it confuses non specialized doctors, go see a dermatologist they will confirm if it’s or not. But Honestly If you have done your STD tests and all are negative, then you know it’s not related. And it’s more skin, your dermatologist then should prescribe the right medication. Make sure you do full spectrum STD testing If you had not had a safe sex.
