I have psorisas which causes dryness and red dots around my genitals. the last 2 months been on a contriceptive pill and taken anti biotics for being sick. the past 5 days i have been itchy had a burning type sensation when I urinate (which is getting better but hurts to wipe) and had a light yellow white discharge. I have experianced period like cramps in my lower abdomen and lower back. Is this herpes im getting tested but been freaking out all weekend.

I have attached 2 photos. one has circles around it and you can see pimple like spots on one side of my vagina and the bottom circle is inflamed and swollen which is causing the most pain. what do you all think? could a sever yeast infection or bv cause this ? Uploading

I’d say it’s more likely to be a bad yeast infection. Seen it present itself just like this before, even with little dots (or whatever you want to call them). But this is just the opinion of a random guy, and you’ll need to see a medical professional to get an accurate answer.

Okay thanks. part of me was hoping it was a bad infection but every time.i google symptoms the worst case would keep popping up.
