what does this look like? had unprotected oral sex which was followed by painful urination for a week and a half. this just appeared this morning. please help if it looks familiar to you. tested neg for all routine stds and stis (except for hsv because they dont test for it)

i went to a urologist before this sore appeared and was prescribed doxycycline. the urination pain went away completely after 2 weeks (1 week of doxy) but then this appeared. its completely painless and non bothersome but i dont know if i should go back to the uro
Safest thing to do is to go back to the urologist
