It's also only in this area, not on top of my foreskin or any other part of my genitals.Some times inner foreskin is slightly reddish .I have been having these since last 3 years 3 times.By the times I get appointment and visit doctor it goes away. I have been using thrush cream. But recently I have been having once in 4 months. I had multiple partners 3 years ago now I am clean. I am not diabetic but overweight by few kilos. I do not have any pain only some discomfort in the lower belly. But this time I am having dull lower back pain on both sides for 10 days including the symptoms shown in the photos. The pain went away when I took fulcanzole.
Hopefully it's balanitis or something that can be fixed and not herpes ?
So if this was herpes you would have had to seek treatment.
So yes, I would suggest the best thing to do would be to get this checked by a doctor when it is present.

i think i have something similar but doctor said it could do be to too much friction
