I have had 1 sexual partner and she claims she is clean and has been tested but shortly after I developed red bumps around my pubic area and they have given me concern. Could they be irritated ingrown hairs from the friction of intercourse? Or is it an STD?

keep an eye on the bumps, if they start to blister go to your doctor to swob them. it may just be a rash but it's always good to be safe and check
