Is this herpes or thrush cuts?

for a few months ive been getting cuts on my labia. i had one on my vulva but that has gone and its been 3/4 months and it hasnt come back. i get these cuts like once a month but they change every time. for example, last month the cuts looked like this (so the left is when its raw, right is when its healed after putting hydrocortisone on it for 3 days): btw last time i had unprotected sex was end of last yr. these cuts appeared in march.

this month (so a few days ago, i thought id leave the cut and see if it goes away but i kept scratching it and it went red. first pic is raw, 2nd pic is basically covered in discharge and the 3rd is after 3 days of hydrocortisone cream applied with no more itching

so the cuts gone now but this was the discharge i saw yesterday

i will go the clinic but its been difficult due to covid

could just be from scratching and discharge looks like thrush
