I have had this freckle on my base of my penis for almost a year now, but only recently did it it flare up into this pimple like thing as I was shaving and I noticed 2 of them.
Doesn’t hurt unless I mess with it, but it is unsettling. Is it herpes? Genital Warts? Something else? Any and all thoughts are much appreciated. Thank you for your time.
