it does look like herpes but it could also be something less permanent like ghonnorea (spelling) if its too painful when you pee try using a bottlenof cold water while you pee. I know its weird but it helps soothe the burning sensation. Just pour the water on you while you pee.

This legit the same thing that has happened to me, i shaved, then we had sex was abit rough. Like i’m swollen on one side, i think the tear has just got infected but i’ve been freaking out.
its herpes for me so id get it checked because most of the time the person infecting you doesn’t know they have it x

I’m sorry to hear. But most people will get herpes in their life, so just consider yourself apart of the club. It’s just another one of life’s many costs that we have to deal with, but luckily most of the time it’s nothing but an occasional nuisance.
