Is this herpes? Photos attached

Hi everyone

I had (deeply regretted) unprotected sex and now I've developed a bump. I have an appointment for STI testing next week anyways, but I'm going to the walk in clinic in the morning to have it swabbed. In the meantime, can anyone help me stop freaking out about it?

Details:

August 18: I had sex, pretty sure he removed the condom. I took Plan B the next day

August 30: Period arrived, 5 days early which is very unusual for me. On and off bleeding/brown discharge for 10 days, unusual clotting

September 5: I noticed weirdly thick (white) discharge, worried I had an STD I made the first available appointment (September 18) to get tested

September 7: Insane itching but no sores, I took 150mg Fluconazole (OTC yeast infection treatment) because I thought it might be a yeast infection and my appointment was so far away

September 10: Tonight I noticed the bump, it is itchy to the touch and burned when I used a feminine wipe

Here's the thing: because of the insane itching from what I thought was a yeast infection, I've been masturbating (through my underwear, usually a thong) a lot more than I usually would. The bump is directly in line with the seam of my underwear. Is there a chance that it's a friction sore, not a herpes sore?

Sorry you’re going through this sad I’ve been here and it’s not a pleasant  experience. I too thought I might of have a yeast infection before I found out I had genital herpes. Your lesion looks pretty consistent with a herpes outbreak but the only way to know forsure is it have it cultured and tested. You’ve done everything right, good luck at the doctor tomorrow. Does it burn to a pee? I would probably put off masturbating until the wound heals, you want to keep the area dry so you allow it to scab over and heal. I have a few home remedies I can recommend to dry the lesion out. Is it sore to the touch? When I went to the gyno she said it’s pretty common that the patient will be in a significant amount of pain when it’s touched for the swab test. Don’t worry, everything will be okay! Herpes is just an annoying skin condition and if you do have it it’s not the end of the world, I promise you smile

Hey, thanks for the reply. Definitely not masturbating for a good long while after this!

It isn't sore to the touch, just itchy.

It doesnot look like herpes. Kindly update us about diagnosis
