Is this Herpes? Pic included

I am need of desperate help. Is this herpes? The doctor said i tested positive for BV and a yeast infection. The yeast infection itched really bad and i itched it really bad then developed this sore the next day. I noticed at one point scratched skin. It never had a head or blister to it. It does burn when i urinate and it will bleed on and off. The doctor swabbed it today and took blood for the antibody test but I have so much anxiety. Please help

it could be, but it could also be irritation

I got my test results today and the blood test and culture came back negative. I wanted to update the post. Apparently I just scratched myself really bad. Thank you for all the help and insight it really meant alot.
