I had oral sex with my boyfriend for the first time two days ago. We've both had other sexual partners in the past but I have never had anything like this happen to me before and he never said anything about having herpes. I noticed a small, yellow sore on my labia minora that has a small red dot on it, and im guessing thats where its open. I noticed it because when I went pee, it burned in just one area, and i grabbed my mirror and saw it. Does this look like genital herpes?

Unfortunately it does look like, I'm experiencing the first outbreak. But get a full culture test and blood work. If it's your first exposure , the blood test for antibodies maybe negative, but the swab,maybe positive.(this is how I've diagnosed)
I think if you see any blisters/sore on the genital area, its most likely herpes most of the time.
This is the same nightmare I am enduring right now. You probably got he Herpes Simplex virus one (oral cold sores) transmitted to your genitals. Does your boyfriend get cold sores? That is EXACTLY how I got the virus. They put me on antiviral meds. You definitely need to go to the gyno. It's scary and sucks but I can promise you the quicker you start the process of healing the easier it will be on you mentally and physically.
What if the bump just looks like a normal bump and it's at the edge of the vagina? The doctor looked at it and told me that It was herpes and gave me medication. I was diagnosed with an std. I was given a to biotic a for the std about three days prior. The doctor gave me a cream to numb the pain in order to see my babies heart beat. ( please bare with me). Their was no detection of heart beat at this time . I didn't take the pills for herpes because I wanted to make sure that the test results came back and my babies life was at stake due to the meds from the std. That same day o got home and the days following after I did not feel any burning down there again. Could it be because of the std and not herpes? Also the bump is gone
