About a year ago I started getting this bump on my labia majora. I went to the doctor and he said if it cleared up don’t worry about it. It went away within a week. Well that same bump keeps coming back in the exact same spot. I finally got it again and went to the doctor while it was still fresh. They doctor took my blood and said it could be between a trapped ingrown hair or genital herpes but felt it was herpes... I already have HSV-1 and have had it all my life. The first time I got the bump I plucked as many hairs as I could and it got infected but still went away in a week. Got it again and got a wax and nothing happened the bump went away in 2 days. The bump does not hurt, once it’s in a healing stage I’ve seen a little clear pus. It’s currently clearing up now and I’ve only had the bump for about 3 days. The doctor said because I have HSV-1 that my body might be fighting off HSV-2 limiting it to one place... not sure if that sounds right.
