As I was going to bed yesterday I noticed it was sore down their so I checked and found a white very painful spot/blister… what is this please someone help, had same sexual partner for 8 years…

Do you think it looks like herpes , honestly that’s my life over I’m distraught and so scared to go doctors 
The life is definitely not over with herpes, but you should check it with a doctor.
It could just be a spot but definitely better to get it tested while it’s present so they can perform a swab test.
It certainly doesnt look right, but doesnt look like genital herpes. More like oral herpes in the genital area (yes, thats a thing). Is it accompanied by any other symptoms? Difficulty urinating? It could be something else, like a simple ulcer from an injury but a professional check is a good way to go, a blood test would confirm if, and if so, what strain…
