There is no burning when I Pee and no discharge, no blisters ever appeared , just this red looking thing, only feel pressure or pain when I Touch it
you should get it swabbed asap! it looks like it could be herpes so go see a doctor while it is fresh.
Looks to me like it could be herpes as well. Definitely go to the doctor and get it swabbed asap. Does it hurt if you touch it? Herpes presents itself in different ways for everyone. One person might feel burning but another might not. For me I felt burning because it was near my urethra when and it burnt when I urinated.
yes i got it checked last week just got my results back , thank god it wasnt herpes just an infection thanks!

my doctor wasnt really specific but it did go away , did not present itself as herpes and thank god it wasnt herpes either! If you are going through something similar i suggest going to the doctor instead of looking for answers online because it can really drive you crazy
