I just noticed these bumps a few days ago and at first i wasnt worried until i saw this white spot. i shaved back to back days which has resulted in bumps before due to ingrown hairs but i dont recall them looking like this. the thing thats worrying me the most is swollen lymph nodes in my groin area. this could be related to me being sick(have had sore throat/cough for couple weeks now) but im trying to think benefit of the doubt. im going to doctors in a few days but i feel depressed thinking this could be serious please let me know if youve had similar instances File size is too big

that really looks like a typical herpes outbreak. when was your last encounter?
about a week and a half ago. really worried. i dont know what to do if its worst case scenario
that fits the time frame for the incubation period and for an outbreak to occur. worst case is you have herpes. but I would reccomend you get it swabbed and typed, this way you which you have. hsv1 is the strain that causes cold sores in the mouth but you can be infected in the genitals. if you already had cold sores before then this probably is hsv2 genital herpes. this really sucks and may feel like the worst possible thing to ever happen but in reality it’s not and you are not alone.
thank you for the reassurance. my partner noticed stuff on his penis and got it looked at and they dont think its herpes so were waiting on results and then im seeing a doctor tomorrow
