Is this herpes round anus?

I am a 28 year-old male. sometimes in the morning, after bowel movement, I can see very little blood on my tissue. and I took a pic of my anal area. It looks like a crack or lesion. Sometimes I would wipe my butt hard after the bowel movement. I wonder whether it is genital herpes. I have hsv-1 in my mouth, and i never had outbreak, but I am taking anti-viral every day just to prevent it and reduce transmission.

Please help. It really stresses me out.

go to doctor or clinic and have them swab it.

It looks more like a classic tear with some irritation to me. Sex, or just having really big stool can cause this.

looks like a anal fissure! doesnt look typcial of herpes
