Is this herpes, syphilis, skin irritation or something else?

Hi all,

25 year old male with a fairly active sex life with different partners and casual sex,

i recently had an STI test that was all negative including blood and urine samples,

however just 2 days ago i developed an inflamed bump on my shaft, that has now turned into this (see below)

i feel like i may have had this before but i’m not certain,

i masturbate daily and sometimes for extended periods (hours even) with no lubrication,

any idea what this could be, simple skin irritation or much worse?

That is herpes. You should go to doctor for a swab to not only confirm but to determine the type.

Do remember none of us are doctors and every symptom isnt herpes. I posted here before and was told without a doubt i had herpes, got tested 4 times and i didnt have it. These are guesses based on pictures.
