Is this herpes. Very confused. Please help

when i was at the gym i noticed a uncomfortable feeling my tights kept rubbing something between my groin and leg when i got home i noticed a lump and when i was squeezing it aome thick white stuff came out like string then the head popped out with pieces of hair in it i get a wellness check every year and my results came back negative for all stds could this be a herpe bump my leg

does it itch? i got home from the gym and my scrotum was itching, and i noticed an ulcer like yours. It got red and scaly the next night, now it shrunk, seems to be healing quickly.

No not at all. Doctor told me because of sweat and underwear rubbing can cause in grown hairs or ulcer. no herpes

The Planned Parenthood Doctor told me the same thing, except mine itches.
