I am not sure that it looks like herpes. Maybe it’s open because you scratched the bumps. Your best bet is to wait for your appointment and have a blood test done testing for everything. I hope things work out for you.
herpes ulcerates just like that. it has a little divot in the middle and the skin in the middle is usually white/flesh colored.
what did it end up being?
