Is this herpes? What’s going on?

this has all happened within a span of two weeks. i wanted to know if anyone has any recurring hsv symptoms like mine, primarily the cuts and tears around the vagina entrance and perenium alongside the cuts and tears and periodical itchiness there is a foul fishy smell -- sometimes the discharge is watery and sometimes it is sour smelling and cottage cheesy ive tried treating it for BV multiple times the doctor said but its not going away so i am assuming it may be something else i have HPV type 18 which is not supposed to cause any sores. i have been swab tested twice but there was no liquid on the sore so it may have been inaccurate. waiting for covid to end so i can do a blood test

i have also been dealing with an irritated and itchy lining of anus - pardon the european genes and quarantine look

i have also been dealing with a supposed cyst that i popped and it formed into this long cut that oozes blood and clear liquid, sometimes looking orange when mixed (great description) this is what it looked like a month and a half ago

what about a yeast infection? There could be other factors effecting the pH levels of your vagina causing these issues. Using soap and even just hot water can dry the skin out.
I was having issues with my vagina being dry and itchy and it was a yeast infection. I took the medication and received a cream to apply lightly and it cleared everything right up.

you should try boric acid pills for bv and yeast infections it’s the best… I battle this yeast thing and it sucks so I feel your pain
