So here's the timeline. had sex with someone I've been having sex with for the last 4 months. Unprotected oral sex and vaginal sex with a condom. It was rough and the next afternoon I felt soreness after masturbating. Looked and it looked like I tore my frenulum which I've done before. Let my partner know what was going on and 2 days after that she came over and though we did not fool around, we did some heavy making out and dry humping before bed. I didn't feel anything in the moment but the next morning I was in pain bad. I look and it looks like I tore it more. I start looking stuff up online and see this thing about ulcerated sores. Now I'm worried that's what it could be, anyone have any ideas? From what I read a single ulcer with no other symptoms and the location would be kinda odd... and it never had a head, it was just ripped the next day which I hear would also be uncommon for herpes but I don't know. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow.
