I received oral sex about 4 weeks ago and my penis has been itching occasionally in a few spots.It doesn't itch,burn or hurt when I touch it though.I haven't been experiencing any other symptoms like headaches vomiting ,or diarrhea so I don't think its herpes but I just want someone else's opinion .I will provide a pic
You might have been injured during oral sex or this might just be a irritation. Best solution is to get tested overall.
