I suffer from cystic acne and folliculitis. It has been a couple years now, however, I occasionally get what appears to be some form of acne or folliculitis in my pelvic region. These bumps are typically somewhat medium sized and only ever occur as one bump. I read that herpes occur in clusters, but can occur as single sores. I’ve never had clusters, only single bumps, and these bumps are always larger than what appears to be the average size herpe sore. They also only occur on my pelvic region, never on my penis or elsewhere. Sometimes they are sore and hurt, other times they give me almost no issues. Rarely itchy. I’m on mobile and I don’t see a way to post pictures, however i’d be willing to post them if I could figure out how. Lol

I don't think it's herpes. It looks more like an HS cyst (hidradenitis suppurtiva). I have it and I'm stage 3, so they're everywhere and worse in women I find. It's not contagious, it's just a skin condition you will need to aid before it progresses. Do some research on it, because it looks like that! good luck!
