I had sex with a new partner about 2 weeks ago. I used protection and had no reason to believe she had anything but i didn't ask. After I have sex with a new partner I often become paranoid and hyperaware of any sensations in my body. I felt a spot near my anus that hurt a little bit when wiping. I've had pain like this before and I believe I have had fissures in the past. This time I decided to take a look and notices a small lesion. Can anyone tell if this is a fissure or a herpes lesion? The included image was taken a few days after i first felt it.
