Over the past few weeks I have had sex with three girls without protection (stupid I know). I didn't notice any symptoms but last night immediately after masturbating I felt a burning right under the head of my penis. I had a bandaid on my thumb so it was possible this caused irritation in the area but because of my recent sexual history I am extremely paranoid. I didn't notice anything visible last night but today the area is extremely red. There do not appear to be any legions but the area is painful to touch. Do you think this is most likely chafing or it could possibly be herpes?
If you don’t have any ulcer type lesions or bumps then you’re fine. Sounds like chaffing from unprocted sex or masturbating.

Bcz i have these two small blister looking bumps for two months on top of my scrotum and 1 in the middle of my pubic hair area. They're completely PAINLESS. I do not feel anything. And then i got this big bump recently that burst into blood that had just mild pain when presuure is applied.
So im worried. So can u plz help
