im not sure what this is. itchy , burns when I pee, lots of white discharge no smell and Abdominal pain. could this be herpes?
It could be herpes but doesn’t look classically like herpes sores, although you really need to just get seen by a clinic and get a swab and other tests done as it could be a different STI or another infection that needs treatment.
Have you got an open GUM clinic you could get to?
