I have had sex 8 months ago. Went for an STD test 2 months ago. I went to get tested after getting an itch and white smelly discharge . They only tested for syphillis and HIV which were both non reactive. They then gave me a shot after inspecting my penis since they didnt test for the others for some reason. After the shot the discharge and itching went away. However, recently I realized the “collar” of my penis would get inflamed and itchy. I then realized there were some red spots. They didnt scab not raise or itch and they disappear every now and then. However, after masturbation, it began itching.
