it looks normal to me. it might be a yeast infection. try increasing your water intake. if you don’t have any flu like symptoms you’re fine. some yeast infections can cause bumps but they are harmless. just keep an eye on it. if its herpes the bumps will turn into ulcers and later will scab up like a cold sore or fever blisters and it will heal on its own. Try using some anti-itch cream or get in the tub and soak in some water with white distilled vinegar for 30mins with warm water.
if you have sensitive skin.. its the tissue you are using. i used to have the same problem.. replace your tissue with unscented baby wipes.
but its not herpes
