Super hard to tell, its possible. I would go and get tested for everything else just to rule it out. in 4 months go and request an IGG type blood test (any sooner you’ll likely get a false negative if you have it).
If the sores are gone or its been over 72 hours, you wont get a reliable result with a swab.
