I’m 24F and pretty sexually active with random hookups etc. This morning I noticed one blister (very tiny, red, filled with a liquid) on my clitoral hood right next to my clitoris, and it’s painful to the touch, and I feel a burning sensation in my clitoral area. I’ve slept with 3 different people in the past month, and I didn’t ask any of them if they had an STD. The last one was a couple days ago and he fingered quite rough and I started bleeding, so I’m wondering if it’s related to that? Basically.. could this be herpes if it’s just one blister

It could be, although its hard to tell from the picture.

HSV can be transmitted with or without a condom, and can be dormant for years.
Theres no way to know when you got it or who gave it to you.

HSV is NOT tested for on routine STD tests, even if you ask for it. Youd have to specifically ask for an IGG type blood test, and even then, youll only test positive if youve had it long enough to build enough antibodies (usually 4 months), if you dont have a visible sore.

In your case, go get it swabbed ASAP. the sooner the better, rhe less likely youll get a false negative.

HSV is not the end of the world, so dont worry yourself. 80% of the population has it, and 80% of them dont even know theyre carriers.

HSV is transmitted with a condom as well. Chances are lower, but happens significantly more than youd think.
