at first when i peed it burned now its just an uncomfortable itch , vagina is dry and I have engorged clitoral shaft with white spots and i have sores leading to my butt crack. witchhazel and tea trea oil have been helping. is this herpes or maybe a reallyyyyyy bad yeast infection?

ye i didnt see those blisters on the clitoral hood until i zoomed in just now i agree needs a full std test and bloods ask them to swab that discharge as that looks like yeast
I failed to mention that I have also had trichomoniasis before and it mimics herpes with its symptoms.
go bck and get tested only way to know for sure wat it is the discharge looks like a bit of yeast infection going on aswel the spots well a few things can cause those but because there are a few there id defo recommend a test for herpes just to be sure
