Started yesterday, only noticed it when i was taking a shower, there not sore or painful, but its alarming ! First picture is from yesterday, second picture is today
also the white stuff around it is nyastatin as i thought it was a belanitis, but looking now seems more like herps
They do look like herpes. You may want to get them swabbed just to he sure.
