had these lumps for a little while now, been told they look like chafing but want a second opinion

post a clearer pic if you have one. its too blurry to see anything

I don’t really see anything alarming. If you have had it for a while it is most likely not herpes. Herpes bumps usually pop and leak fluid etc. and also go away after a few weeks max
