I am trying to determine If this is herpes. my penis has been vibrating like a buzz sensation for the past week and nothing really happened. it just kept going and was annoying no pain. its slowed down and doesnt really do it any more. I pulled the skin on the head and. noticed these bumps. does it look like herpes?
