A few weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a guy. Last week I noticed I had a large bump on my inner butt and didn't think much of it. A few days ago I noticed some burning on my inner butt cheek and a few little bumps (Ive attached a picture). It doesn't really resemble most herpes sores, however I'm not sure what else could be causing burning. PLEASE HELP

Pic is kinda blurry, but it doesn’t really look like HSV. More like ingrown hairs.
