Hello. I have these spots in my vagina. I have itching, more discharge and burning urination. It hasn’t been very painful like people say their first outbreak is. Does this look like herpes?

Yes it does look like 1st infection herpes, it is possible to have it internally and I had 3 ulcer type lessons like that the first time I was diagnosed. A clinic can swab them for you and let you know. That’s the only way to be sure
