is this herpes? doesnt hurt or anything. it started pussing and sticks to my underwear but healed pretty quick. to scared to go find out what it is

probably ingrown hair do u have itching abnormal discharge pain etc?

herpes takes minimum 4 days to heal and breaks usually into sores
