my penis glans have become red and there are small little bumps on them. Also, it looks a but swollen at my urethra. inside my uretha looks completely normal. the bumps are not painful at all or itchy in any way. i have no burning when i pee. the bumps and redness seem to get worse when i masterbait. i use water based lubricant. Also, i wash my penis when i shower. the last time i had sex was about 2 months ago. before that i was sexually active with the same person for 2 months, but this did not show up then. i have stopped masterbaiting for the past 2 days and the bumps have seemed to go down, but the redness of my penis tip has not changed. im currently 20 years old and i am concerned about what this might be.
most likely its irratation from masturbation or soap of somekind. herpes will be very painful and look more like sores that ooze up and heal over a few weeks.
nevertheless. always use a condom and get tested after a new partner
