The tiny dots are called fordyce spots, completely normal.

1st pic looks like fordyce spots and maybe a wart. cant really tell
2nd pic i see the bumps in question but cant see details so jot sure if anything
3rd looks like possibly a herpes sore inside but again not clear enough to say

what are your symptoms?
