doesn’t look like herpes. could maybe just be VP. are you in any pain or discomfort

They are just the same. I have noticed it before, but sometimes it hurts and sometimes it doesn’t.

i have the same as well but they dont hurt i dont think its herpes cuz herpes its an open “sore” that sometimes even bleed , i think they are vestibular papilomatosis
