I’ve been frantically checking my vagina due to fear i have herpes. i had a cold sore on my face and im scared i transferred it to my vagina. my vagina is inflamed and itchy, but i have no other symptoms. there is mild white discharge, but it is not super cottage cheese like so im not sure if its yeast. since i’ve been checking and pulling at my vagina so much i fear that i irritated it more and caused small rips, but im also scared that im wrong and i really dis transfer it to my vagina. please help. I also have a cluster of small bumps, but i genuinly cant tell if thats just the texture of my vagina since its inflamed. please please help
