For about 2 months, I noticed these small bumps starting to appear on my penis. They are very small and don’t hurt and they aren’t raised. I haven’t experienced any symptoms and they don’t hurt. None of them look to be filled with puss or anything. I was thinking that maybe it could be the soap that I’m using or maybe due to tight clothing that I’m wearing due to sports. Help please.
