hi ive had these sores they are painful to touch and the area is swollen i was told i had a uti and fungal infection then got a postive for chlaymdia but im just scared it might be herpes cause my partner came back negative for chalymdia dpes anyone know ?

it is only painful to touch doesnt burn when i pee it did when i first noticed them but it didnt burn over the sores only through ny hole so i had a uti, i had a fever on and off and body aches and chills that have now stopped, the sores now look like open craters kinda
