When i first noticed it(3 days after shaving) was just really itchy but i didn’t scratch it just put a warm rag on area. There was a milky white discharge but has no odor. Now (7 days after shaving) its really uncomfortable to walk & move around. Doesn’t hurt or burn when i use the bathroom but it does hurt like hell when i touch it. Noticed a little sore at first which is growing into this really hard & painful bump. I also noticed some pain on the left side of the groin feels like a permanent muscle spasm.
