Hi ! can you guys help me ? do you think this is herpes ? it burn and hurts a lot could it be something else than herpes ?

I am sad since I never have since without protection

honestly it looks like herpes in the pictures. im not sure about it being something else . you have to get swabbed to know what it actually is. how does it look like right now. does it burn or sting?
