hi, are you referring to the bumps above your clitoris or the ones near your lips ? The bums above the clit are called fordyce spots and are normal. They appear more prominent sometimes but are normal and not and STI. They should not cause you any discomfort besides the look of them being bumpy.
Nothing looks like herpes on this photo, although the angle is not perfect. If you’ve never been sexually active it unlikely that you contracted HSV.
thank you so much for the insight . upon further personal research, they do look like fordyce spots. they are not uncomfortable at all as you mentioned they shouldnt .
