hi guys. so i noticed these little bumps, do they look like herpes ? they don't hurt or anything but its like clusters of them I've never seen that before. if you don't think its herpes what could it be and how can i get rid of them please? ! i noticed after taking the pics the skin got dry and ashy it looks terrible. also i been having itching in my vagina last time i had it it was bv but this time around there is no smell and i have these bumps and the dry skin. this was the best pics i could get because the bumps dont show on pictures they look shiny
